About Tayli Dale
Hi! My name is Tayli Bacquet, and I’m a 19-year-old sewist and designer based in Lompoc, California. I have always loved sewing, creating, and bringing ideas to life, and I’m currently working toward launching my own clothing brand featuring handmade, one-of-a-kind pieces.
Along with my love for design, I have a passion for teaching and sharing the creativity of sewing with others. My goal is to help students build a strong foundation in sewing and design while developing confidence, creativity, and a practical understanding of the tools and techniques they’ll use along the way.

Intro to Sewing
$100 per session | 2 hours These lessons are perfect for anyone ready to learn the basics of sewing. Over eight hands-on sessions, students will learn how to confidently use a sewing machine, understand essential sewing techniques, and build their skills step by step. From turning on the machine and threading a needle to completing their own piece of clothing or handmade accessory, each class is designed to make sewing approachable, creative, and fun.
Cost/Information- Lessons will be one on one and all materials will be provided. Each lesson will run 2 hours weekly, and cost is $100 per session (8 sessions total).
$150 per session | 2 HoursAdvanced Sewing
These private lessons are perfect for students who already have a basic understanding of sewing and are ready to build their skills. Each two-hour session is customized to the student’s experience level, interests, and goals. Lessons can focus on specific techniques or a personal project and may be booked individually or over multiple weeks. These classes are separate from the 8-week Intro to Sewing course.
Cost per Advanced Sewing - $150/2 hrs private session
Basic and Advanced Sewing lessons are available Mon-Fri 9am-3pm Sewing Lessons are only for Grades 3rd-10th
